🔹 কাজের দায়িত্ব

▪ গ্রাহকের অর্ডার গ্রহণ, প্রসেস ও নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা
▪ ফোন কল, ইনবক্স ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট প্রদান
▪ গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার দ্রুত ও পেশাদার সমাধান
▪ ডাটা এন্ট্রি ও কাস্টমার রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ
▪ কোম্পানির পণ্য ও সেবা সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা
▪ টিম ও ম্যানেজমেন্টের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা

🔹 যোগ্যতা

▪ কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
▪ বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা
▪ কম্পিউটার ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
▪ চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা ও দায়িত্ববোধ
▪ সময়ানুবর্তী ও টিম-ওয়ার্ক মানসিকতা

BoomXoom Digital is a fast-growing e-commerce digital marketing agency specializing in Sales Funnels, Facebook Ads, Social Media Management, and Search Engine Optimization.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for four customer service representatives to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, office-based position.
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
-Manage and fulfill customer orders, including
processing payments, arranging shipments, and
tracking orders
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
and social media
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a
timely and professional manner
-Perform data entry and maintain accurately
records of customer interactions and transactions
-Stay up-to-date with company products and
services
-Provide feedback to the management team on
customer needs and complaints
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proven customer service experience
-Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution
skills
-Proficient in using computer software and social
media platforms
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work well
under pressure
