শীতে হাতের চামড়া উঠে গেলে করনীয়

শীতে হাতের চামড়া উঠার কারণ সাধারণত ত্বকের শুষ্কতা। এ সমস্যার সমাধানে আপনি নিচের কিছু পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে পারেন:

১. ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করুন:
★ঘন এবং পুষ্টিকর ময়েশ্চারাইজার যেমন শিয়া বাটার, অলিভ অয়েল বা ভ্যাসলিন ব্যবহার করুন।
★প্রতিবার হাত ধোয়ার পর ময়েশ্চারাইজার লাগান।

২. হালকা সাবান ব্যবহার করুন:
★এমন সাবান ব্যবহার করুন যেটি ত্বককে শুষ্ক করে না। ময়েশ্চারাইজিং উপাদানসমৃদ্ধ সাবান বেছে নিন।

৩. গরম পানিতে হাত ধোয়া এড়িয়ে চলুন:
★খুব গরম পানি ত্বকের প্রাকৃতিক তেল দূর করে, যা চামড়া ওঠার কারণ হতে পারে। কুসুম গরম পানি ব্যবহার করুন।

৪. গ্লাভস ব্যবহার করুন:
★বাইরে ঠান্ডা বাতাস থেকে ত্বক সুরক্ষিত রাখতে গ্লাভস ব্যবহার করুন।
★বাসার কাজে ডিটারজেন্ট বা পানি ব্যবহার করার সময় রাবারের গ্লাভস পরুন।

৫. প্রাকৃতিক উপাদান ব্যবহার:
★মধু: মধু ত্বকের জন্য প্রাকৃতিক ময়েশ্চারাইজার এবং অ্যান্টিব্যাকটেরিয়াল।
★অ্যালোভেরা জেল: ত্বকের শুষ্কতা দূর করতে এবং হাইড্রেট রাখতে সাহায্য করে।

৬. পানি পান করুন:
★শরীরের ভেতর থেকে ত্বক আর্দ্র রাখতে বেশি করে পানি পান করুন।

৭. চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন:
★যদি সমস্যা খুব বেশি হয় বা বারবার হয়, তাহলে ডার্মাটোলজিস্টের সঙ্গে পরামর্শ করুন।

আপনার ত্বকের যত্নের জন্য এই নিয়মগুলো মেনে চলুন, শীতে হাতের চামড়া সুস্থ থাকবে।

CBC (Complete Blood Count):
CBC টেস্ট রক্তের প্রধান তিনটি উপাদান – রেড ব্লাড সেল (RBC), হোয়াইট ব্লাড সেল (WBC) এবং প্লাটিলেটের পরিমাণ পরীক্ষা করে। সাধারণত সংক্রমণ, অ্যানিমিয়া, ব্লাড ক্যান্সার বা অন্য কোনো রক্তের সমস্যা নির্ণয়ের জন্য এটি করা হয়।

S. Bilirubin (Serum Bilirubin):
বিলিরুবিন একটি রাসায়নিক পদার্থ যা লিভারে তৈরি হয় এবং পুরনো রক্তকণার বিলোপ প্রক্রিয়ায় উৎপন্ন হয়। এই টেস্টের মাধ্যমে রক্তে বিলিরুবিনের মাত্রা মাপা হয়, যা যকৃতের স্বাস্থ্যের অবস্থা বোঝার জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। উচ্চ বিলিরুবিন লেভেল জন্ডিস, লিভার ডিজিজ, হেপাটাইটিস ইত্যাদির ইঙ্গিত দিতে পারে।

SGPT (Serum Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase) বা ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase):
SGPT/ALT টেস্ট লিভার এনজাইমের পরিমাণ নির্ধারণে ব্যবহৃত হয়। এই এনজাইমটি সাধারণত লিভারে পাওয়া যায়, এবং লিভার কোষ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে এটি রক্তে বেড়ে যায়। লিভার ডিজিজ, ফ্যাটি লিভার, হেপাটাইটিস, অথবা অ্যালকোহলিক লিভার ডিজিজের কারণ বোঝার জন্য এই টেস্টটি করা হয়।
