Building futures. Learning without boundaries."🇧🇩
✍️"Learn🎓. Think💡. Create🛠️. Lead🚀." Education system of Bangladesh has been largely urban-centric which has led to a great gap in the urban and rural learners. Rural and sub-district (upazila) students tend to experience significant discriminations since they have little access to formal guidance, career mentorship, and quality academic and career
-related data. This in turn means that a significant proportion of students cannot make sound choices on how to select subjects, their route of higher education and long term career. The number of students which leaves their education at the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) levels either forever, or not yet knowing or having their career paths is estimated at 500,000-600,000 each year. This does not only apply to the individual learners but also on long term challenges of human resource development in the country. These systemic gaps are the key focus of AIEE (Academy of Information, Education and Entrepreneurship) because the primary aim of the organization is to fill these gaps by providing timely, precise, and systematic mentor-based instructions to students in all regions of the nation. By taking an integrated approach, which is a combination of academic support, career counseling, and skill-oriented mentorship, AIEE intends to enable students to be clear, confident, and directional. Expected Impact: Through the interventions of AIEE, students will be predicted to become better self-confident, have better capabilities to make decisions, and arrive at a higher level of self-assessment to find, seek, and capitalize on their personal potential and the existing educational and career opportunities. After all, this project helps to lessen the disparity in education and create a more knowledgeable, competent, and future-oriented generation.
