Managing Director of DBL Group and Neural Semiconductor and President of Bangladesh Semiconductor Industry Association (BSIA), Mr. M. A. Jabbar, joined the President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Mr. Masato Kanda, and a select group of the country’s leading business executives to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping private investment in Bangladesh.

The dialogue emphasized the need for a supportive policy environment, reliable infrastructure, energy security, and innovative financing mechanisms that can effectively mobilize private capital and accelerate sustainable growth. Discussions also explored ways to improve the investment climate, develop bankable public-private partnership initiatives, and expand risk-sharing and financing solutions across key sectors.
