Cox's Bazar is home to one of the world's largest refugee settlements, placing enormous pressure on host communities and local resources. Farming households in the region continue to face rising input costs, limited market access, and growing climate risks, making sustainable livelihoods increasingly difficult to secure.
Building on our previous collaboration with the เฆเฆจเงเฆคเฆฐเงเฆเฆพเฆคเฆฟเฆ เฆถเงเฆฐเฆฎ เฆธเฆเฆธเงเฆฅเฆพ - International Labour Organization (ILO) in the region, Innovision will now work to strengthen agricultural market systems across five priority value chains: poultry, fish, maize, and commercial and gourd vegetables, creating real and lasting economic opportunities for host communities.
Innovision will be working to:
โข Connect farmers to better inputs, markets, and digital tools
โข Establish women and youth-led aggregation hubs to reduce post-harvest losses
โข Introduce innovative microfinance solutions to improve access to credit
โข Ensure the most vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities and marginalized youth, are included through dedicated livelihood schemes
We are proud to bring our expertise and on-the-ground presence in Cox's Bazar to help farming communities build stronger, more resilient futures.
Together, we can create lasting agricultural opportunities that leave no one behind.

In J&J Fireside | Episode 4, macroeconomist Jyoti Rahman and Md. Rubaiyath Sarwar, Managing Director of Innovision Consulting, examine the debt overhang quietly constraining governments across the Global South, a conversation that feels just as urgent today as when it was first recorded.
Originally featured on Counterpoint, this episode was set against the backdrop of Bangladesh's February elections, with the hosts dialling in from Cairo and Dhaka to unpack what fiscal reality looks like when the books are finally opened.
From the ground and macro lens, they unpack:
โข Why debt-to-GDP ratios can be misleading when the revenue base is weak
โข How Egypt's infrastructure borrowing pushed interest payments past 70% of government revenue, and what that signals for Bangladesh
โข The hidden liabilities, contingent debts, and undisclosed fiscal risks inherited from the previous regime
โข Why fiscal adjustment almost always hits low-income and middle-class households hardest
At the center of the discussion is a core question: can any government govern credibly without first confronting what is inside the fiscal closet?
For Bangladesh, the conversation points to a priority that has not changed: transparency before ambition, and restraint over promise, in a moment where every paisa of discretionary spending carries real consequence.
As the debt crisis casts a longer shadow over the Global South, what matters more right now: fiscal honesty or political confidence?
