Looking for Sales Officer | No. of Position-08
Principal Job Role/Accountabilities
01. Development of sales pitch to prospective merchants with the ability to communicate and functionalities effectively
02. Build relationships with potential shops partners and be the face of the company amongst them.
03. Engage with shops to tie up with the "SHUBIDHA" platform in your assigned city/cluster
04. You'll be responsible to send follow-up communications and ensure contracts are signed
05. You are able to manage and track your account funnel
06. You are able to drive revenue for the shops you sign
07. You are target driven and able to exceed monthly team targets and all activities of revenue generation
08. You have a can-do attitude and want to be part of a winning team culture
09. Understand how field sales work and able to commute.
10. Any other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement:
01. Bachelor’s from any related discipline from a reputed university in Bangladesh
02. Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Distribution Business
03. Your analytical skills are excellent and you have an entrepreneurial attitude with great interest for the online businesses.
04. Experience in Shops acquisition will be an advantage.
05. You are driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
06. Even under pressure you can reach targets easily.
07. Ability to cope with a challenging and competitive environment
08. The candidate should be tech savvy and should have sufficient knowledge in Microsoft office tools.
