This gentleman was advised to go for amputation. After having consultation with him with possible negative outcomes, we planned to go for reconstruction. The first challenge was to cover such a complex wound. After adequate coverage by plastic surgery team, the orthopedic team did their best to get the final result.
Final result: Patient is walking on his feet!!!
