• Maintain SAP/ERP transaction accuracy and operational reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a relevant discipline
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory management, and SAP/ERP systems
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in Agrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills
