𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Creative Content Executive

Job Overview:
The Creative Content Executive at Paramount Agro Limited (PAL) will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media activities, and supporting all creative communication needs across multiple concerns of Paramount Group. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, platform understanding, and the ability to execute content plans across brands with diverse identities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for all PAL concerns, including O’Natural, Wake & Bake, RMC, O’Natural Sweets, Paramount Agro Limited, and Paramount Eco Nursery.
• Write scripts for OVCs, reels, and short-form video content.
• Generate taglines, slogans, campaign names, and brand names based on project requirements.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and devise creative campaign ideas for special initiatives (e.g., monthly campaigns, festival themes, promotional drives).
• Conduct continuous content research on Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to stay aligned with current trends.
• Publish static posts, OVCs, and reels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and upload video content on YouTube.
• Visit outlets for video shoots, photoshoots, and live sessions when required.
• Provide creative direction for OVC shoots and photo sessions.
• Translate content or pages when required.
• Complete urgent or complex content tasks depending on brand priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (experience with Food & Beverage, FMCG, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolios is an added advantage).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft creative, concise, and brand-aligned content.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting for short-form video content (OVCs, reels, etc.).
• Ability to generate creative ideas, campaign concepts, taglines, and storytelling angles.

Job Overview:
Paramount Agro Limited, a concern of Paramount Group, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle online sales operations, coordinate product distribution, and ensure excellent customer communication. Other responsibilities include:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone calls, emails, messages, and social media.
• Manage online order distribution and ensure accurate, timely delivery through close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor order flow and maintain records of dispatch and completion.
• Update and maintain product prices, stock availability, and descriptions on websites and other digital platforms.
• Track delivery status through courier systems and resolve issues related to order delays or returns.
• Conduct customer feedback calls and document insights to enhance service experience.
• Monitor website visitors, respond to live chats, and engage with customer comments and inquiries.
• Support head office order distribution and assist in bill collection activities with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless order and payment processes.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on order performance, customer feedback, and delivery metrics.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
The ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or tele sales.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office, online communication tools, and basic CRM systems.
• Knowledge of website management, order tracking, and courier coordination.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and coordination skills.
