StudyIn Bangladesh is seeking a motivated and skilled Call Centre Executive to join our team in Dhaka. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with experience in telemarketing and customer service who are looking to advance their careers in the education sector.

Position Details:
Job Title: Call Centre Executive/ Academy Hiring (Female)
Location: Banani, Dhaka
Remuneration: 18K BDT
Working Days: 6 days
Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily leads, daily 100+ outgoing calls, ensure target MQL% and conduct an initial assessment
• Answer incoming calls and provide necessary information
• Setting up First Counselling appointments and sending reminders
• Promoting StudyIn products and services to students
• Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement with prospective students
• Assign potential leads to senior counselors based on study destinations
• Increase office walk-ins by scheduling student appointments
• Make targeted calls to invite students to StudyIn events and ensure attendance
• Update and maintain CRM records accurately
• Track lead progression and report insights to the team

Candidate Requirements:
• Strong command of English and Bangla
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Employment Status: Full-time for 6 months. Permanent employment opportunity after the successful internship programme.
