Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (1–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and help us attract top-tier talent across tech, marketing, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → onboarding)
• Build strong talent pipelines across IT & business roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements & hiring strategy
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards & professional networks
• Conduct screening interviews & ensure great candidate experience
• Maintain ATS & track hiring metrics
• Support employer branding initiatives
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field
• 1–2 years experience (preferably in ICT/Tech sector)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter & modern sourcing techniques
• Basic understanding of tech roles (Software, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
