Fear and misinformation are two of the biggest challenges we must overcome. We cannot allow them to go viral.

Misinformation continues to spread, including incorrect advice, conspiracy theories and inflammatory claims which discriminate against certain groups of people.

In response to the United Nations' global call to creatives, we have designed a series of digital posters that bust the common myths and gives you the facts as they are.

Ornob Sikder, Design Director of Terracotta Red, conducted a workshop today at Independent University, Bangladesh where he talked about the fundamentals of Graphic Design and the immense impact it has on our everyday lives.

Nearly 100 people attended the lecture organized by Independent HR Society and Spade Academy. Special thanks to the organizers and participants for making the talk a success.

Commward in association with Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is the the only award in Bangladesh recognizing excellence in creative communication and advertising. This year an overwhelming 659 nominations were submitted across 23 categories by 60+ agencies. Proud and excited. NOW HIRING | GRAPHIC DESIGNER | JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

1. Graphic Designer

· Full-Time position
· 48 hours per week
· 30,000 - 40,000 BDT/Month

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is creatively self-dependent, willing to explore and responsible. Who believes in growing as a person and helping others grow with them while creating brilliant work in the process. The job will mostly revolve around brands and branding related designs. In most cases, the Creative Director or Design Director will provide guidance.

- An organized portfolio displaying your best work
- Skilled in Adobe suite of relevant applications
- Competency in English
- The ability to work under pressure
- The openness to experiment and explore new ideas
- An eagerness to learn

The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 10.00 am and 6 pm Saturday to Thursday.

2. Junior Account Manager

· Part-time position
· Flexible work hours
· Salary based on competency
· Lunch at the office
· Office in Gulshan North Avenue, close to Gulshan 2 circle

▪️ Job Brief

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities while preparing reports on account status.

▪️ Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
- Is comfortable with using Google's suite of apps
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- A graceful note-taking habit

The job is part-time but the applicant should be flexible in timing and be available when needed from Saturday to Thursday.
