কোর্সের মূল বিষয়বস্তু (যা শেখানো হবে): নতুন সোর্স অনুযায়ী, এই কোর্সে শিক্ষার্থীদের অ্যাডভান্সড ওয়েব টেকনোলজি এবং ফ্রিল্যান্সিং মার্কেটপ্লেস সম্পর্কে হাতে-কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:
• ফ্রন্ট-এন্ড ও ব্যাক-এন্ড ডেভেলপমেন্ট: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, React/Vue.js (বেসিক), PHP/Python/Node.js এবং ডেটাবেস ইন্টিগ্রেশন [৭]।
• মডার্ন ডিজাইন: রেসপনসিভ UI/UX ডিজাইন এবং Figma/Adobe XD [৭]।
• CMS: ওয়ার্ডপ্রেস থিম এবং প্লাগইন কাস্টমাইজেশন [৮]।
• ফ্রিল্যান্সিং গাইডলাইন: Upwork, Fiverr-এর মতো প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রোফাইল তৈরি, ক্লায়েন্ট পিচিং, প্রপোজাল রাইটিং এবং পোর্টফোলিও তৈরি [৮]।
শিক্ষার্থীদের যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি:
১. NEET ক্যাটাগরি: আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) ভুক্ত হতে হবে। অর্থাৎ, বর্তমানে কোনো পড়াশোনা, চাকরি বা অন্য কোনো প্রশিক্ষণে যুক্ত থাকা যাবে না [৩]।
২. বয়স: ১৮ থেকে ৪৫ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে [৩]।
৩. ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট: প্রশিক্ষণকালীন ভাতা (Subsistence Allowance) পাওয়ার জন্য শিক্ষার্থীর অবশ্যই 'অগ্রণী ব্যাংক পিএলসি' (Agrani Bank PLC)-তে নিজ নামে ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকতে হবে [৩]।

• সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে প্রশিক্ষণ।
• উপস্থিতি ও মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে আর্থিক ভাতা প্রদান [৩]।
• সফলভাবে কোর্স ও অ্যাসেসমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার পর জাতীয়ভাবে স্বীকৃত লেভেল-৫ সার্টিফিকেট।

Requirements:
Must be CBT&A certified (Please attach a copy of your certification)
Proven experience in training Web Design and Development for Freelancing & Digital Marketing for Freelancing-3 (Level 3)
Familiarity with CBT&A methodology and assessment standards
Strong skills and practical training delivery
