– Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
– Collect, organize, and maintain prospective client information.
– Manage Upwork profiles, submit proposals, and communicate with clients.
– Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and client presentations.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
– Any other relevant task assigned by the management.

– Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence in both English & Bangla.

– Ability to work under pressure, and support beyond standard office hours when needed.

- Candidates with knowledge of IT and digital marketing will be preferred.
