Yesterday I was out of the country and today I am here at Kazi Nature Camp, Gazipur, to plan for BOLD Members event in January 2025!

Poor teamwork is a quiet assasin. It has an unseen but lethal ability to derail what you are trying to achieve. From low morale and commitment to sickness and absenteeism, dysfunctional teams can cost a lot for an organization in terms of productivity loss.

Anyway, for offsite team bonding events, Sarah Resort Ltd. is one of the best in the country. Thoroughly enjoyed facilitating such an event for a client in the Pharma industry recently with co-facilitator Md. Maruf Billah and logistics specialist Shafiul Alam Rubel.
