Digital Marketing Team Lead
ReformedTech is hiring a Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead strategy, ex*****on quality, and performance across client campaigns for Canadian businesses. This role is built for someone who understands the Canadian market, tracks international digital trends, adapts quickly to new tools, and can turn marketing work into qualified leads, stronger local visibility, and measurable growth.

You will lead campaign direction across SEO, Local SEO, content, paid media, lead generation, analytics, AEO, GEO, and AI-supported marketing workflows. You must be hands-on enough to review work properly, strategic enough to improve systems, and accountable enough to push quality and deadlines without losing detail.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Lead digital marketing strategy and ex*****on across client accounts serving Canadian small and medium-sized businesses.

• Guide and improve work produced by internal marketers, freelancers, or contractors with clear quality standards and review processes.

• Build and refine campaign plans across SEO, Local SEO, content marketing, paid ads, conversion-focused landing pages, email workflows, analytics, and lead generation.

• Identify international trends, AI tools, automation opportunities, and search behaviour shifts that can be applied practically to Canadian businesses.

• Improve internal systems for planning, reporting, QA, delivery speed, and campaign consistency.

• Review campaign performance regularly and turn data into clear next actions that improve leads, trust, and conversions.

• Support service development in areas such as AEO, GEO, AI marketing, AI chatbots, and AI agents where relevant to client demand.

• Work closely with leadership to prioritise offers, tighten ex*****on, and strengthen agency positioning in BC and across Canada.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with strong evidence of both strategy and ex*****on.

• Proven experience in SEO, Local SEO, content strategy, paid ads, analytics, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing.

• Strong understanding of Canadian small business marketing, especially local service business behaviour and local search intent.

• Ability to apply global digital marketing ideas in a way that fits Canadian businesses, budgets, and buyer behaviour.

• Strong working knowledge of AI marketing tools, automation platforms, reporting tools, and search trend changes.

• Excellent attention to detail in briefs, campaign setup, reporting, QA, and messaging.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, including feedback, delegation, accountability, and decision-making.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Experience leading marketers inside an agency or multi-client environment.

• Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, GBP optimisation, Looker Studio, and AI workflow tools.

• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, schema strategy, and content built for both search engines and AI answer engines.

• Experience building SOPs, QA systems, reporting templates, and repeatable campaign workflows.

• Experience working with BC service businesses or Canadian SMBs in competitive local markets.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• This person is expected to raise the standard of the existing marketing function, not simply join it. You will be responsible for improving clarity, ex*****on quality, team accountability, and speed-to-result across the marketers already in place.

• You must be able to spot weak work, fix process gaps, coach people directly, and make practical decisions without waiting for perfect information. The right person will combine initiative, discipline, trend awareness, and follow-through.

• Increase in qualified leads generated for client campaigns.
• Improvement in local visibility, organic traffic quality, paid campaign efficiency, and conversion rates.
• Better campaign delivery consistency, lower rework, and stronger QA performance.
• Clear and timely reporting tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
• Successful adoption of useful new tools, workflows, or automation that improve client results or team efficiency.
• Stronger retention and client confidence through better ex*****on and communication.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CSE, or related field (preferred)

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲:
70K-80K BDT per month
