This is to notify you that office management decided to declare an emergency shutdown from March 20, 2020, to March 24, 2020, due to the outbreak of COVID-19 virus. This emergency shutdown might be extended depending on the epidemic situation. All human resources are strictly instructed to stay at their home during this tenure and practice the basic protective measures against the COVID-19 virus. If anyone violates this instruction, the organization will take a strict decision on him/her and will inform the concerned authority of the government.

Decrease your risk of infecting yourself or others from COVID-19:

1. Wash your hands often with soap or sanitizer.
2. Use any antibiotics sensibly.
3. Stay at home and isolated
4. Be smart about food preparation.
5. Disinfect the 'hot zones' in your residence. (e.g Door Handle, Switchboard, …..)
6. Don't share personal items.
7. Take Care of Elderly members of the Family.
8. At any cost avoid the public place (Bazar, Shopping Mall, Bus etc….)

10. Maintain the holistic hygiene process for whole family.
11. If need any emergency assistance inform the office.

To manage and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns post client approval, track budgets and costs, and ensure that the projects run smoothly.

To stay in touch with the past clients and solicit new business by presenting proposals or pitches in collaboration with other members of the agency.

Educational Requirements: Graduation Degree/ BBA/ MBA ( Preferably Marketing Major)

Experience : Applicant must have advertising agency background and minimum 2 year hands on agency experience.
