Customer Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
· Must be good at communication with customers.
· Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time.
· Must be structured person with strong analytical skills.
· He/She have to serve on the front lines by answering questions and troubleshooting technical problems through phone, email, and chat with customers.
· Must be good at customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.
· Must be good at analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN),(WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
· Empathise with your customers.
· Understand your company's products and services.
· Never leave them waiting.
· Show respect in all customer relations.
· Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
· Organizing team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
· Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
· Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
· Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
· To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development
· Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel so as to enhance team building spirit. Any other task assigned by Management.
· Must have 1-2+ years of experience in relevant field.

Educational Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or information technology from any reputed university (University must be UGC enlisted).

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
