উপমহাদেশের কিংবদন্তী সঙ্গীতশিল্পী লতা মুঙ্গেশকারের চিরবিদায়ে মিরর মাল্টিমিডিয়া পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে আমরা জানাই গভীর শোক ও বিনম্র শ্রদ্ধা গুণী এ শিল্পীর প্রতি।
গানের পাখি লতাজি (লতা মুঙ্গেশকর)। তিনি এই উপমহাদেশের সুর সম্রাজ্ঞী। তাঁর অসামান্য সৃষ্টির প্রতি রইলো আমাদের গভীর শ্রদ্ধা ও ভালবাসা। নিঃসন্দেহে তাঁর অমর সৃষ্টি গুলি অনন্তকাল বেঁচে থাকবে শ্রোতাদের ভালবাসায়। বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধেরও তিনি এক কণ্ঠ যোদ্ধা। ১৯৭১ সালে শরণার্থী ও মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের সহযোগিতার জন্য তিনি বিনা পারিশ্রমিকে গান গেয়ে তহবিল সংগ্রহ করতে সহযোগিতা করেন।
