They are pledge-bound to run the administration efficiently and smoothly under an ideological atmosphere so that the foundation of the company can be set up on sound footing to make it a profitable concern. With the expansion of domain of Green Shadow Properties Ltd, every trade has been separately registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms. It has a superbly drafted Articles and Memorandum of Association incorporating therein all requisite clauses in order to comply with company laws, protect the rights of the Members and to operate the Company activities with competence.
