We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients' needs and share it to the technical team to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of tasks. Communications, analysis, and reporting related to client support and business development.
Key Roles:
• Customer support mail communication.
• Work track, invoicing & payment update.
• Update Daily excel sheet properly.
• Data Analysis & Reporting.
Workstation
• Currently hybrid mode.
- For Male (Night form home)
- For Female (Evening & Night from home)
Employment Status
• Full-time; including two (02) night shifts.
Educational Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline, experienced will get priority.

We are looking for Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of tasks. Clipping, Masking, Retouch, Shadow creation, Image manipulation, Color correction etc.

Job Responsibilities
• Cultivate a solid body of work
• Take the design "brief" to record requirements and clients needs
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Graphic Arts (Preferable)
• Higher Secondary level completed (with experience)
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
