2 Years ago I got a chance to work
in a survey of our IT/CSE graduates. Surprisingly we saw that at least 8% students are completely ready to apply for giant companies in abroad, 20% need some mentoring and guidance and 25% need a little more care to prepare. Almost 53% students deserve better carrier. As they are capable then why they didn’t try to get a better job in abroad or why the quantity of trying people are so small? We tried to figure it out. After that we have found some reasons..
1. Actually they don’t even have a dream, a goal or a plan
2. They never thought about it and they really don’t know the process and most of them are not even interested to know.
3. They feel shy to face it
4. Lack of confidence. They feel afraid and they though they are not capable for it
We saw that how a potential candidate make him/her weaker and weaker gradually. So that we have decided to do something, which can help them to build a better carrier. And thats the Void Function. Who are eligible? At this moment we are focusing on IT industry only. And we are helping 3 categories people all over the country.
1. Students (1st - 3rd Year)
2. Job Seeker / Fresh Graduate (4th Year)
3. Job Holder (No matter how old are you, how many year’s of experience you have)
How Void Function works? It functioning in 3 different way for 3 different categories. Let me try to explain in few lines. For Job Holder: People who has 3 years of working experience has the high chances to get job offer from abroad, but the reality is different. Maybe some applied but never get called, some get called but rejected and gave up. For this category we provide
- Necessary tips and suggestion to update the CV/resume and Professional profile
- As they have stopped to practice competitive programming, we start it again as a routine basis and followup regularly. (To be honest whatever you are, how many year’s of experience you have, you can’t get option to skip the coding test)
- Important guidelines to apply several companies all over the world
- Interview guidelines, Sample Questions
- Live coding test tips
- Architectural interview tips
- Salary, life expenses related information etc
For Job Seeker / Fresh Graduate (4th Year): Normally after graduation, everyone wants to get hired by a company as soon as possible. For this kinds of people we provide temporary(to get a job in the country) and long term support (to get a job in abroad). For this category we provide
- Support to decide the domain/filed based on his interest, passion and reality
- Support to take preparation for interview
- Arrange mock interview
- Arrange live coding test
- Practicing competitive programming routine baiss
- Helping to prepare CV/Resume and Professional Profile
For Students
Students are our main focus, who has enough time to prepare for Biggest company of the world. We believe if they prepare themself for 3-4 years nobody can stop them. For this category we provide

I hope our young people will build themself like the way, that the companies could’t get chance to choose them, instead they will choose where they will serve. And we believe one day Bangladesh will be the biggest tech resource provider in the world. The world giant companies will come here to hire us. Not for that, we are cheap rather than they need most talented and reliable resources. So get ready for the war guys :)
