Our three-day journey into the world of yoga and mindfulness kicked off with a warm welcome at Jamroll.
Why do we need yoga and mindfulness in the office, you ask? Because we believe that a happier, healthier, and more harmonious office is just a downward dog away!

The three-day retreat was a delightful mix of fun, relaxation, and a break from the grind. We finally closed the 100 tabs open in our minds and focused on the present to find a moment of peace. It was a stark reminder that a happy, healthy team is the secret ingredient to our success at Jamroll.

A special thanks to Sa Sha Apu who facilitated the session and helped us reconnect with our bodies and minds, making us feel more balanced and ready to tackle whatever comes our way.

So the next time stress tries to get the best of us, we will remember to roll out that yoga mat, take a deep breath, and embrace the zen vibes.
