Reason for failure?

Mr. Feroz and Mrs. Tania's home is a combination of modern amenities with antique tranquility. The client's brief was to keep an antique appeal while satisfying all the needs of a modern day lifestyle.

As the planning of the apartment were already done with well organised features, we just had to do a little adjustments to achieve the best functional space as per user needs.

200 years old bricks from the dismantled buildings was collected and used in several spaces to create an unique feature which reminds us of times and memories of the place.

To cope with the functions of our day to day life we equipped the spaces with all contemporary facilities like walk in closet, dressing unit's, TV units, Bathroom cabinet's, Kitchen cabinet etc.

The most exciting space in the planning was the central space. It was no enigma to accelerate the functionality of the space with a raised wooden floor which helps to have activities like doing music, yoga, playing together, gossiping here straight on the floor. We can compare the scenario with children's playing in a courtyard of a village home. A swing was also added to enhance the playfulness of the space. No partitions was created in the central space, so that gathering of much people can be very easy to manage.
