- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Capable to ensure Target as stated in the KPI
- Enhance new clients through direct contact with the marketing and brand department.
- Find out prospective clients through research and networking activities.
- Making new business proposals and accelerate to earn more from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Coordinate with project managers, client services and creatives to ensure optimal output.
- Working and negotiating with vendors.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure best service.
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
- Developing goals for business growth and as well as buildup team and ensuring they are met.
- Work closely with her/his team to bring innovative marketing solutions to the clients and design marketing campaigns.
- Provide support and counseling to the stakeholders, collect briefs from the client and then define, clarify and focus direction of the assignments and smooth running of them.
- Manage deadlines and handle difficult situations with calmness and presence of mind.
- Nurture strong client relationship to achieve highest level of client satisfaction and ensure the highest possible quality of work

- Understand the current advertising and communication industry trends.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovation & creativity.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professional integrity.
