Returns must be sent within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Kay Kraft hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned. Return If you believe:
-You have received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color). You must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. Non-Returnable Items:
The following are not eligible for return:
-Returns received after Fifteen (15) days of the original shipment date.
-Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
-Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
-Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

Once we receive your return package, please allow Seven(07) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued on vouchers or invoices to the respective customer accounts. Vouchers can be used for purchases at Kay Kraft within six (6) months from the date of issue. You will be credited for the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. Exchange Policy:

পণ্যটি ফেরত দেওয়ার আগে, একটু ভেবে নিন আমাদের পণ্যগুলি কীভাবে তৈরি হয়ে থাকে । তাঁত শিল্প আমাদের ঐতিহ্যের অন্যতম ধারক এবং বাহক। আর তাঁতীদের হাতের সংস্পর্শে বুনন, প্রিন্ট বা সেলাই করা হয় বলে পণ্যগুলো তাই বৈশিষ্টে অনন্য এবং ভিন্ন, তাই কাপড়ের এই ভিন্নতাকে যেন আমরা ত্রুটি হিসেবে না দেখি।
যে কোনো আইটেম ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য দেওয়ার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী পড়ুন।
রিটার্নের শর্তাবলীঃ
প্রতিটি পণ্য ডেলিভারির আগে, ওয়্যার হাউজ থেকে পুনরায় চেক করা হয়, তবে আপনি যদি আপনার পণ্যের ব্যাপারে সন্তুষ্ট না হয়ে থাকেন তবে দয়া করে নীচের নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করুন:
আপনার অর্ডার এর পার্সেল প্রাপ্তির তারিখের ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
অনুগ্রহ করে আইটেম গুলো গ্রাহক সৃষ্ট কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়া, অব্যবহৃত, আধোয়া, অপরিবর্তিত এবং কে ক্র্যাফটের হ্যাংট্যাগ সংযুক্ত রয়েছে নিশ্চিত করে রিটার্ন করুন ।
আইটেম ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করতে নীচের অ-ফেরতযোগ্য শর্তাবলী ভালোভাবে পর্যালোচনা করুন।
আপনি যদি মনে করেন:
-ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, অসম্পূর্ণ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল পণ্য (স্টাইল, আকার, রঙ) পেয়েছেন।
আপনাকে অবশ্যই প্রাপ্তির ৫ দিনের মধ্যে কাস্টমার কেয়ারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং ত্রুটির একটি ছবি শেয়ার করতে হবে।
অ-ফেরতযোগ্য আইটেম:
নিম্নলিখিতগুলির কারণ ফেরতের অনুপযুক্ত হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে :
- শিপমেন্ট তারিখের পনের (১৫) দিন পর রিটার্ন।
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ব্যবহৃত, ধৌত করা হয়েছে, পরিবর্তন করা ছাড়াও ডিওডোরান্ট, মেকআপ, ধোঁয়া, পারফিউম এবং দাগযুক্ত।
- ভুল বা পুরানো ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা
- ঠিকানার ভুল ফরম্যাট বা PO বক্স সংক্রান্ত ভুল।
- ডিজাইন, রঙ এবং তাঁত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সামান্য ভিন্নতা।

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড প্রসেস:
আপনার পাঠানো প্যাকেজটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর, অনুগ্রহ করে রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করার জন্য সাত (০৭) কার্য দিবস সময় দিন। আপনার রিফান্ড ইস্যু করা হলে তা ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করা হবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট কাস্টমার অ্যাকাউন্টে ভাউচার অথবা ইনভয়েস এ রিফান্ড ইস্যু করা হবে। ভাউচার এর ক্ষেত্রে ইস্যু করার তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী ছয়(৬) মাসের মধ্যে কে ক্র্যাফটে কেনাকাটার জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। পরিশোধ করা পণ্যের মূল্য এবং ভ্যাট আপনাকে ফেরত দেয়া হবে। শিপিং চার্জ অ ফেরতযোগ্য। আপনি ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো সময় রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি:
প্রতিটি পার্সেল ডেলিভারির পূর্বে ওয়্যার হাউজ থেকে পুনরায় চেক করা হয়, তবুও আপনি যদি পণ্যের ব্যাপারে সন্তুষ্ট না হয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে নীচের নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করুন:
আপনি যদি এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদেরকে [email protected] এ লিখুন। উল্লেখ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ নির্ভর করবে স্টক প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে।
যে আইটেমগুলো এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে হবে তা পার্সেল প্রাপ্তির তারিখ থেকে ১০ দিনের মধ্যে নীচে দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে ৷
আপনাকে কেবল নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে, আইটেমগুলো গ্রাহকসৃষ্ট কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়া, অব্যবহৃত, আধোয়া, অপরিবর্তিত এবং কে ক্র্যাফটের হ্যাং ট্যাগ সংযুক্ত রয়েছে।
এক্সচেঞ্জের নির্দেশাবলী:

কাস্টমারকে তার নিজ খরচে রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ ফর্মে নির্দেশিত ঠিকানায় পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস কপি ছাড়া রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় ।
