জর্ডানিয়ান জাতীয় ঐতিহ্যের খাবার মানসাফ। ৬ কেজি ওজনের আস্ত খাসি দিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এই আইটেমের বিশেষত্ব হচ্ছে এটি প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে শুকনো দইয়ের পাথরে মাংশ সিদ্ধ করে তাই মাংশের রংও এক ভিন্ন রঙ ধারণ করেছে।
