📢 Internship Opportunity at Tiller

Position: Intern
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Duration: 3 Months (Commencing Immediately)

Tiller is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns from a Bachelor of Urban and Rural/Regional Planning (BURP) or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics background. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world research & feasibility study projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and supervise field activities conducted by data collection officers.
• Validate, verify and cross-check survey and project data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Assist in data cleaning, analysis, visualization and report preparation.
• Support the organization and coordination of project-related training sessions, workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• Assist in field surveys, data collection planning and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in spatial, socio-economic and statistical data analysis.
• Contribute to project documentation, progress tracking and preparation of presentations.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.

Requirements:
• Recently graduated from a Bachelor of Urban and Rural/Regional Planning (BURP) program or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to participate in field visits and project-related activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working on real-world planning projects alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of planning professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation of land-use plans and spatial database
• Work with GIS tools for mapping and spatial analysis
• Contribute to report writing, documentation and presentations

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• A recent BURP degree and basic knowledge of land-use planning and GIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
