Eid Mubarok! This is a open letter to all of our valuable clients and well wishers. We (Bel Piatto) always considers your honest review, about us and our food, as a scope of improvements. There are pros and cons with every business initiatives and we always appreciate your reviews and always try to solve the problems and do accordingly (you guys can say better). Unfortunately we have noticed that, for last few weeks some of our fellow colleagues (local businessmen) posted several reviews with their anonymous facebook accounts in our page for ruining our reputation. We dont know what they will gain with this but we strongly discourage these activities.
We are urging all of our clients and well wishers to keep faith on us.
