Let's welcome Siam, who joined CodeCrafters as a software developer in September 2025.

Mustafa Siam-Ur-Rafique was born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh. After graduating in CSE, BUET, he started his career as a full-stack web developer. Then he joined CodeCrafters as a software developer. He is very passionate about writing efficient software and micro-optimizations. He also loves graphical programming.

He likes to watch anime and play video games in his leisure.

Let's welcome Farhan, who joined CodeCrafters as a software developer in September 2025.

Farhan Tahmidul Karim grew up in Dhaka, with roots in Bogura. He completed his BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering from BUET in 2025. Farhan has a deep love for problem-solving. Whether it’s a technical challenge or an everyday puzzle, he enjoys thinking things through and arriving at elegant solutions.

Outside of work, Farhan loves watching movies, TV series, and anime. A passionate traveler, he often explores new places on weekends; if he’s unreachable, he is likely on another adventure. He deeply values human relationships and quality time with friends, whether through long walks, tea-side conversations, or traveling together. In quieter moments, he enjoys chess or a Murakami novel paired with Yiruma’s music.
