Position: Event Executive. (Male/Female)
Deadline – 10th March, 2018.

Responsibilities:

• Making plans for the event keeping the mind the requirements of the client.

• Managing supplier relationships and ordering and production of products, equipment, and items.

• Communicate with the client regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements.

• Ensuring excellent customer service, quality delivery, and exceptional project quality.

• Travel to the site to inspect the ongoing arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit the need of the client.

• Plan the event according to the budget and make sure that spending is as per plan.

• Providing leadership, direction, and motivation to the project team and ensure that they are performing their duties as delegated.

• Train new employees of the event organizer company and take part in the recruitment and hiring process.

• Handling finances, accounts and other kinds of paperwork.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Good computer skills – efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Administration skills
• Calm under Pressure
• Negotiation Skills
• Organization Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills

Educate: At least HSC/A level
Salary: Negotiable
Experience: 1 Year Experience / Fresher Can also allow to apply
