The Main goal

By analysing the student's profile and helping them through corrective procedures via emails and phone calls, the officer is accountable for providing solutions to clients.
They are also the regional subject matter experts in charge of providing their clients with pre-and post-application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-admission services will be provided by an officer who is a member of a customer-centric team that is the first and single point of contact for all clients (recruiters) in the region for pre-admission support.
Candidates should be subject matter experts who can assist internal and external stakeholders in promptly processing applications by calling and emailing the client (recruiter) in their region.
Identify and resolve difficulties connected to international student applications to education providers in the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Ensure that student applications are processed efficiently in order to satisfy stated Service Level Agreement targets and other KPIs, largely by:o Processing pre-admission queries regarding destination, provider and course while being committed to the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in pursuit of a positive outcome.
Should be dedicated to assisting recruiters with post-application questions by conducting inbound interactions with relevant internal departments - during the application, acceptance, and visa processes.
Respond to questions about the paperwork needed to obtain a CAS/COE/LOA/i20 and related
Respond to questions within eight hours on business days.
Processing activities may include but are not limited to, quality control and processing of applications to institutions and embassies, identification of case problems, verification, and visa lodgement help.
By validating all documents, the officer must confirm that all applicable forms, checklists, and supporting documents are completed and that all information provided by the recruiter is true and proper.
Assessing referrals for integrity checks, conducting integrity interviews, and conducting integrity investigations. Can complete all actions on all student visas upon receipt, including screening of applications and documents, quality assurance, and tracking visa lodgement and issuance, either alone or as part of a team.
Keep up with the latest visa laws, regulations, and procedures. You must supervise the completion of the essential visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received by the individual embassies within the time frames stipulated by them.
Preparing reports and notes for visa interviews, as well as compliance correspondence, including but not limited to dealing with client inquiries by phone, email, and in-person, and preserving accurate files, electronic, and other documents.
Availability to travel and represent the company when necessary.
Ensure that all internal and external clients receive exceptional service, with a focus on professional, accurate, and prompt responses. Also, work with key internal stakeholders ahead of time to manage any comments or issues/incidents.
Meet with university admissions or compliance training teams (in person or online) and attend embassy briefings to keep up to date on the product and market.
Participate in internal and external sessions to keep a thorough understanding of Antioch | Providers / University's offering as well as essential industry expertise.
Staff may need to be trained to improve their grasp of regional admissions and immigration processes in order to do their jobs effectively. Maintain positive working relationships with all recruiters, peers, and bosses.
Maintaining a thorough awareness of platform improvements, new offerings, and the admissions process, as well as the ability to communicate this to customers.
Providing management reports and special projects to senior management teams.
At all times, the job holder must safeguard information confidentiality and adhere to the organization's Data Protection and Privacy policies.

Overall organisational Compliance:

Comply with Antioch CHS policies and applicable laws, including but not limited to those relating to Code of Conduct, Workplace Health and Safety, Student Safeguarding, Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and those specifically relevant to the job holder's position and authority.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience Required:

Essential

Work experience in the field of international education.
Strong understanding and experience with the regional, and international education systems, and visa processing.
Prior experience managing international student application cases from beginning to end.
Using computerised systems/databases to meet job goals and tasks is a plus.

Desirable

Proven experience working in an international education-related job, preferably in an admissions context.
