JALEBI or JILAPI

Jalebi is a spiral shaped traditional Bangladeshi sweet made with flour basically mixed with little chickpea flour, ghee. The batter is fermented and then deep fried and dipped in sugar syrup.

MAWA LADDUS

Mawa laddus are made of flour, minced dough and sugar with other ingredients that vary by recipe. They are often served at festive or religious occasions.

KALAKAND
It is made of milk, sugar, vinegar, ghee, optionally some nuts such as pistachio and some cardamom powder. It requires an effective reduction of the mixture to a viscous fluid, after which it can be frozen to solid. It's brittle in form, with a bit of texture.

Rasmalai is one of the popular and delicious Bengali sweet where rasgullas are soaked in thickened and sweetened milk.
