Duration of Employment: The duration of this contract is initially 03(Three) years from the date of starting the work. It may be extended. If necessary, on satisfactory performance subject to the approval of the higher authorities.
The intended completion date of the contact: 30 June 2027, the year from the contract becomes effective
Specific Task and responsibilities:
• GIS Analyst will be responsible for preparing the GIS plan for the project
• Technical coordination of Digital Surveying System (DLSS) with other software, GIS/ Geodetic survey data analysis
• Checking Geodetic control points value of Mauza map prepared by the private land survey organization
• He/she must assist Deputy Project Director, Assistant Project Directors etc.
• He/she must create and analyze new functions and content specification of Digital Land surveying system (DLSG) desktop and web apps
• He/she must perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director.
• He/she must perform a minimum of 8(eight) hour duty in a day
• Employer may grant leave in availability of replacement by another GIS Analyst acceptable by the employer.
• He/she will perform their duty sincerely and punctually under the concerned officer of the project
• He/she must abide by the rules and regulations of the government
• He/she should not disclose/supply any kind of secret information/ letter records/ documents of the project to the others.
Qualification and skills:
• B Sc. in Geography/ Town Planning/ Environmental Science/ Forestry
• Associate member of any approved professional computer society.
• He/she must pass the professional and practical exam.
• The age limit of the GIS Analyst will be 21 (twenty-one) to 60 (sixty) years but 21 (twenty one) to 45 (forty-five) years will get priority. Secondary School Certificate (SSC) will the evidence of age
• All the attested copies of the certificates must be submitted with the proposal.

Specific Task and responsibilities:
• Assistant system analyst prepares and submits specifications for the purpose of making necessary corrections, modifications, and changes by reviewing various aspects of digital land survey system.
• He/she must provide technical assistance in resolving or modifying any errors in this regard by liaising with software developers / ICT support providers for conducting digital land surveys
• He/she must prepare and submit reports regularly including database management and other monitoring issues.
• He/she must perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director.
• He/she must perform minimum 8(eight) hour duty in a day
• Employer may grant leave in availability of replacement by another 'Assistant System Analyst acceptable by the employer.
• He/she will perform their duty sincerely and punctually under the concerned officer of the project

• The age limit of the Assistant System Analyst will be 21 (twenty-one) to 60 (sixty) year but 25 (twenty-five) to 45 (forty-five) years will get priority Secondary School Certificate (SSC) will be the evidence of age.
