Nickel Test Solution

What is Nickel test?
Ans: Textile/Apparel/Garments materials metallic contamination.If any garments use metal items must be checking nickel test.
We use 2 type of solutions for Nickel Test?
1.Ammonia
2.Dimethylglyoximel
Test Procedure: we use Cotton Swab with ammonia solution 2 drops and Dimethylglyoximel 2 drops then rub 30 seconds.if the cotton swab turn into pink then Nickel test is NOT Ok or if it’s not pink color, Nickel Test is ok
