Job Title: Junior HR Executive.
Experience: At least 0-1 years of experience in a similar field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
路 Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
路 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and establishing trust with employees at all levels.
路 Proficient in MS Office Suite.
路 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
路 Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
路 Fluency in both English and Bengali.
Assist in monthly payroll processing
Create and maintain a talent pool database to support future hiring needs and proactively source candidates.
Work place: Work at home (Remote Job).
