📌 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐀𝐓 𝐀 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄:
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and achievements
🗓️ Work Week: 5 Days a week (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
⏰ Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
📍 Location: Uttara, Sector 13, Dhaka (Onsite)
👥 Vacancies: 05 (Male candidates only)

🎯 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃:
✅ Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Preservation or Maintenance (Mandatory).
✅ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Native/Near-native level)
✅Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, proactive decision-making, and project management skills.

💼 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
Generate leads and acquire new business.

Cultivate long-term client relationships.

Liaise with operations to fulfill client needs.

Manage vendor onboarding and assignment.

Ensure timely completion of vendor tasks.

Support performance tracking and reporting.

• Good Decision making capacity and Analytical skills.
• Experience in managing projects and small groups.
• Good command over MS Office.

• Draft and send accurate sales proposals to international clients.
• Ensure services meet client instructions and quality standards.
• Deliver results on time using appropriate technology.
• Track proposals for end-to-end service delivery.
• Track approved proposals to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
