Job Description / Responsibility:

Parcel need to Deliver at customer point.
Agents pick up the parcel
Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) and update through Smart Phone
Customer services
Dealing with calls and enquirers quickly, courteously and
Efficiently at all times.
Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems
Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
Liaising with agents and managers nationally and ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.

Reporting To : Admin
Department : Distribution

Office Location : Zakir hossain road, Mohammadpur
Delivery Transport: Bike(we will provide)
Working Hours : 10am-7pm , 12pm-9pm, (Weekly 6 days)
