• Own end-to-end quality assurance across the product, including 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.

• Integrate testing into the development lifecycle by participating in design reviews, PR reviews, and defining acceptance criteria early.
• Build and optimize reliable, fast, and scalable CI-based test pipelines, ensuring stability and minimizing flaky tests.
• Identify and validate edge cases and data correctness issues, including silent failures, inconsistencies, and non-obvious bugs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to ensure testability, clarity of requirements, and production readiness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, data generation, and exploratory testing workflows.
• Investigate production issues through logs, traces, and system behavior, contributing to root cause analysis and postmortems.

• Strong manual and exploratory testing instincts. You know when automation is the wrong answer and can find bugs nobody scripted for.
• Daily, deep use of AI coding assistants — 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐫, 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 — for generating tests, synthetic data, fixtures, and debugging traces. We expect a real workflow, not occasional dabbling.
• Comfortable in a shift-left culture: joining design reviews, defining acceptance criteria with PMs, reviewing PRs, and writing tests before features ship.

We are looking for a talented and motivated System Engineer with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining server, storage, cloud, and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in virtualization, Linux systems, and enterprise infrastructure technologies including backup and disaster recovery. This is a dynamic role requiring both deep technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a System Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge in server, storage, HCI (hyper-converged infrastructure), virtualization, Linux, and backup technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, SAN, NAS, and hyper-converged infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Proficient in virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Proxmox, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Solid experience with backup tools including Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas.
• Strong administration skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
