Position: “System Engineer”, (Under Response ltd payroll)
Location: Gulshan 1, Dhaka
For A reputed Telecommunication Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Windows services
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal functioning of all Wintel systems
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Operating System, Exchange Online, Office 365 products
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee patch management, software updates, and server migrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, including procedures and policies.
• Mentor and train junior system administrators and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, support, and maintenance.
• Lead the IT support team providing technical guidance and direction.
• Enhance service quality and availability using dashboards and monitoring portals
• Pursue improved user satisfaction and collaboration by proactive approaches
• Review and manage contracts regularly to secure the most favorable pricing for the organization.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure utilization and manage end-user computing licenses (e.g., Microsoft licenses, end-user software).
• Support ISO certification processes in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team by addressing risks across various areas.
• Implement customer awareness initiatives, strategies, and timely delivery to meet business demand.
• Guide and mentor support engineers to achieve career development goals, raising the team's overall performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Wintel system administration.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, O365, Group Policy, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Proficient with automation tools like PowerShell.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding on maintain IT Security within infrastructure.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Prepare detailed reports on trade marketing activities and their impact on sales, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.

• Monitor the quality and consistency of POSM ex*****on, working closely with third-party vendors and the sales team.
• Develop and implement trade promotion strategies in alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives.
