Gilgamesh, the legendary King-hero of the city of Uruk, is depicted fighting Gugalanna, the Bull of Heaven, in a terracotta votive relief dating from the reign of Naram-sin period (2250–1900 BC) in Akkad, Mesopotamia.
The artwork is currently housed at the Royal Museums of Art and History in Brussels.
