Job Details: Intern – eCommerce Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and optimize product listings on major eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Daraz, and our own websites) with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and accurate specifications
Implement basic SEO techniques and marketplace optimization strategies to improve product visibility and rankings
Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and customer reviews to stay competitive
Assist in order processing, packing coordination, and timely fulfillment across multiple platforms
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly to maintain high seller ratings and positive feedback
Support digital marketing activities including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional banners, and flash sale setups
Track daily sales, traffic sources, and key performance metrics using platform analytics and Google Analytics
Conduct market research on trending products, customer preferences, and new category opportunities
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and presentations for the team
Provide general administrative support: maintain product databases, update internal tools, and organize campaign assets

Qualifications:

Current university student or fresh graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, CSE, IBA, or related fields preferred)
Strong passion for eCommerce, online selling, and digital marketing
Basic knowledge of Amazon, Daraz, eBay, or Shopify is a big advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms
Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work minimum 4–5 hours per day (office or hybrid)
