Job Responsibilities:

- Optimize website SEO (keywords, meta tags, and technical SEO), SEO Auditing & Monitoring, conduct a competitor analysis, Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, Monitor website traffic and rankings using Google Search Console, set up & manage Google Analytics (GA4), Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.

- Besides, perform tasks related to operating our shopping engine platform in Australia, such as running channel ads, sending emails, managing shops, assigning products, etc. all within an 8-hour workday.

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Starting Salary: 10,000 Taka

Increment: Yearly

Working Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break). Candidates living far may be allowed an additional 30-45 minutes for joining.

Day Off: Sunday

JOB CONTEXT
• We`re looking for experienced agents/excellent English speakers for Australian owned marketplace and eCommerce business. This is unlike a short-term third-party project or campaign therefore; you can plan on working here for a long time. The agents will be working completely with our own business products services to the merchants partly operating from Dhaka office to ensure the consistent and rapid growth of the company. Must have excellent customer convincing power, if you think you can sale over phone please apply otherwise not.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Candidates have to make a large number of outbound calls to Australian merchants (eCommerce Retailers) to sell our products services.
• Attend inbound phone calls, answer queries on products before purchase through email and web chat from Aussie consumers (eCommerce), do timely follow-ups and update data bases of queries made, sales orders CRM.
• SEO optimized content writing.
• Able to work at Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) which is Early Morning Shift in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) 4:00AM-1:00PM OCT-MAR || 5:00AM-2:00PM APR-SEP for employees who can reside and work at office in addition to 6:00AM-3:00PM OCT-MAR || 5:00AM-2:00PM APR-SEP for nonresident employees i.e., Accommodation facility available at office.
• 10 days of unpaid training facilities will be given only for selected candidates.
