From January 1 to December 7 last year, we provided mental health counseling to 2,118 individuals, with a total service value of BDT 4,236,000.

After the winter break and weekly holidays, between December 8 and January 7, we had only 19 working days. Even within this limited time, we successfully conducted 89 counseling sessions, despite around 44 appointment cancellations.

The total service value of counseling delivered during these 19 days amounts to BDT 178,000.

All of these appointments came through our Hello-02 App, website and support center, showing that more people are reaching out, trusting, and prioritizing their mental well-being.

We will continue our work to break the stigma around mental health and to make mental healthcare accessible for everyone.
Because mental health support should never be a privilege, it should be a right. 💙
