***WHY A POOL PROJECT GOT REJECTED BY THE CITY***
1. INCORRECT OR MISSING SITE PLAN:
Your permit drawing must show exact property boundaries, setbacks, and pool placement.
Even 1 inch off can get you rejected.
2. NO MEP DRAWINGS:
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing drawings are required in most US cities.
3. WRONG ZONING OR SETBACK VIOLATIONS:
Every city has different setback rules.
What works in Texas may not work in California or Arizona.
4. MISSING ENGINEER STAMP OR SIGNATURE:
Many cities require drawings to be signed by a licensed engineer or architect.
No stamp = no permit.
5. INCOMPLETE COST ESTIMATION OR STRUCTURAL DETAILS:
Some municipalities require a detailed cost breakdown and structural specs before approving any permit.
