In line with the expansion of activities of the company, we are looking for a Claim Engineer for working on a Water Treatment Plant Project in Mirsarai, Chattogram.

Job Location: Mirsarai, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluating potential claim case in succession of project executing;
• Informing the claim case and developing claim strategies;
• Preparing claim notice and relevant letters;
• Preparing claim documents and collecting claim materials;
• Negotiating claim case with consultants and Employer;
• Following and pushing the claim case progress;
• Preparing interim and final claim reports;
• Connecting with claim experts and lawyers;

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Commercial Management or Engineering relevant Major
• Proficient in FIDIC yellow book;
• Proficient in claim identification and document preparation;
• Able to in charge of claim affairs independently;
• Proficient in communication and negotiation;
• Have work experience in Chinese company/project is preferred;
• Language: English, Bengali
• Skills in: MS Office
