Throwback Thursday indeed!

Lets look back 7 years and relive some good old memories from the very first DT Reunion Basketball Tournament in 2013.

Since then, we've been able to keep the tradiition alive and hold the tournament every single year. But whoever was present on that day, will hopefully agree with me that this was by far the most amazing experience we've had at the Reunion. The excitement, the people, the rain... all of that turned it into a once in a lifetime event for all of us. Months of planning and hard work paid off beautifully. It wasn't perfect, but it was close enough. What a day!

It has been a different Eid this year. Things haven’t been our way for a long span of time now. As we all are staying home, life is giving us a lot of valuable lessons. Cherishing the value of a moment is one of them.
As I look back in my basketball journey, DT Reunion Basketball has been the most significant part of all. Every memory of it gives me the urge to relive it all over again. Starting from dancing in the rain and playing chowa-chuwi, the final match under mobile flashlights, the most dramatic buzzer shot to tie a game, every moment has its own special magic.
I hope this pandemic ends soon and we all can get back on track with our dancing shoes on.
I hope we all have a reunion with each and every individual who has ever been a part of this wonderful journey.
