We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Servicing Lead (PR & Communications) to manage client portfolios, lead communication strategies, and oversee ex*****on across media and stakeholder channels. The ideal candidate will be strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts while mentoring junior team members.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Lead and manage assigned client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders
• Draft press releases, media pitches, key messages, speeches, and communication materials
• Oversee media outreach, coverage tracking, and performance reporting
• Manage crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
• Coordinate events, press conferences, and brand activations
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Ensure timely ex*****on of campaigns within budgets and deadlines
• Identify new business opportunities and support pitch development

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or PR agency environment
• Strong media network and understanding of media landscape
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience handling crisis communication is a plus

Masthead PR is looking for a talented Bilingual Content Writer (English & Bangla) who can create engaging, accurate, and culturally relevant content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills in both languages and experience in PR, media, or corporate communication.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Write high-quality content in English and Bangla for press releases, articles, social media, website copy, and marketing materials
• Translate and adapt content between English and Bangla while maintaining tone and context
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with client briefs and brand voice
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Conduct research to produce fact-based and insightful content
• Coordinate with PR, marketing, and brand teams to execute communication strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in content writing (PR/agency experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media trends
