At Najm, we are happy to exchange unsuitable dress within 3 days with a valid receipt. Provided all garments are in resalable original condition with price tags intact. The exchangeable value must be equal or more in value. Najm does not give refunds. Sales and promotional items are non-exchangeable. Color Guaranty policy: if you're scared about the color of our product, you can wash it and if you are satisfy then keep the product. Otherwise you can return it but product should be unstitched & you have to come for return the product by following given address bellow(Washing process is only apply for Batik three pice)
