Graphic Designer (Printing & Packaging) - Full Time

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for desktop publishing software and techniques to create print materials.

Your role is to:
1. Creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, annual reports, and other printed materials.
2. Preparing artwork for printing or converting existing artwork into digital formats compatible with digital printing techniques.
3. Working to ensure that designs meet corporate standards for format and style.
4. Using software to create text-based documents such as brochures, pamphlets, invitations, etc. using word processing, desktop publishing, graphic design, or other software programs.

6. Review images for clarity, color quality, and resolution requirements prior to printing.
7. Organizing and formatting text and images on the page so they are aesthetically pleasing and easy to read.
8. Developing the design concept for each project, including selecting fonts and colors, deciding on layout and format, and creating a mockup for client approval.
9. Preparing advertising materials such as posters, billboards, or banners.

A little bit about you :
1. Graduation from any reputed University. (negotiable)
2. Must have experience working in the printing & packaging field
3. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop knowledge are Must
4. Advance computer literacy
5. Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
6. The ability to prioritize and plan effectively
7. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
8. Online & offline communication & team meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, etc)
9. Applicant must be a legal citizen of Bangladesh
